Our Leadership & Team
Xalyc was founded by three leaders who have spent their careers at the intersection of business transformation and technology delivery. David P. Spindler, Cynthia Davis-Jones and Vijay Raman, each bring over 20 years of hands-on experience working with both SMBs and enterprise organizations, giving Xalyc a rare depth of perspective across the full spectrum of business scale and complexity.
Together, they share a common conviction: that every business, regardless of size, must harness the power of AI and automation to evolve, grow, and better serve its customers. That belief is what brought Xalyc to life, and it remains the driving force behind every client engagement. Above all, David, Vijay, and Cynthia are united by a genuine passion for customer success. They measure Xalyc’s progress not by internal metrics, but by the tangible results delivered to the businesses they serve.
Behind the leadership team is a global team of over 120 developers, designers, engineers, architects, and technologists, primarily based in the United States and India. It is a team built for innovation – diverse in background, unified in purpose, and deeply committed to turning AI potential into real-world business outcomes for every client Xalyc partners with.
David P. Spindler – Co-Founder & CEO
David P. Spindler is an enterprise transformation executive with 25+ years of experience leading digital modernization, platform strategy, and revenue-enabling technology initiatives across global B2B organizations. He recently served as Global Vice President, Digital Growth & GPO CX/UX at Xerox, prior to Xerox he was the CDO -Chief Digital Officer at SIPPIO and now serves as CEO of Xalyc, a digital transformation company focused on AI, automation, and digitization. David is recognized for connecting strategy to execution and helping organizations use technology to drive measurable growth, efficiency, and customer value.
Cynthia Davis-Jones - Co-Founder & CIO
With over 30 years of experience and a successful career rising from systems software engineer to Vice President of Information Technology, Cynthia Davis-Jones has spent decades turning complex technology into real business results. She has led global cross- functional teams, driven IT strategy across multiple lines of business, and contributed to the successful launch of numerous enterprise-class products, all while keeping customer success at the center of everything she does. A natural problem solver and servant leader with a strong Lean Six Sigma background, Cynthia brings to Xalyc the rare ability to bridge the worlds of technology and business outcomes, cut through complexity, and deliver transformation that actually sticks.
Vijay Raman – Co-Founder & COO
Vijay is a technology and business leader with a strong blend of entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise experience, and practical execution. Over a 23-year career at Xerox, he advanced from Senior Developer to Senior Director IT and led global initiatives across digital commerce, customer and partner relationship platforms, field and managed print services, supply chain, and business process modernization. He also brings hands on AI adoption experience from implementing several bots across his Xerox portfolio to improve efficiency and support transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked in startups and spent five years as an entrepreneur in India, which shaped his practical and adaptable style. With a background in engineering and business, Vijay also has many years of mentoring experience, helping professionals and teams grow through change and development.
